Range of Products and Services
1.) Pneumatic conveyors in general
Dilute phase/ ejector conveyors as well as pressure vessel conveyors for the following applications:
- Transport of bulk material of all kinds
- Ash removal from power plant boilers and filter plants
- Low-strain and low-wear slow transport using pressure vessels
- Cost-effective and low-maintenance transport using ejector conveyors
without troublesome leakage air - Low-pulse charging of, for example coal gasification plants
with pneumatic multiplemetering conveyors (patent)
2.) Direct desulphurization plant
- Injection of reaction substances (e.g. CaCO3 or Ca(OH)2) into combustion chambers, furnaces or flues for cost effective and reliable binding of toxic substancces ( e.g. SO2, HCl or HF)
- With or without treatment (quenching) and recycling of the reaction products
- Construction of complete plants including storage hoppers, intermediate conveyors etc
- Advice on the recycling and on the disposal of residual materials
3.) Injection facilities for filter dusts and alloy elements in the foundry and steel industry
- Cost-effective recycling with complete reuse of filter dusts (from furnaces, converters and ladle treatment plants) by injecting them into smelts (ladle, electric furnace, converters) or into the smelting zone (tuyeres) of cupola furnaces
- Injection of alloy elements (carbon, lime, aluminium, fluorspar etc.) into smelts. Possibility of switching the alloy elements with immersed lance. Max. immersion depth approximately 3 m, max. delivery approximately 70 - 100 kg/min., depending on material and smelt size
4.) Fluidized-bed technology
- Supply of fluididzed-bed coolers/dryers with throughput capacities of up to 100 t/h incl. preliminary fluidized-bed for the reliable filtering of coarse particles and dirt
- Supply of smaller fluidized-bed reactors (stationary and circulating) incl. charge and discharge units, sifters and separators (cyclone, beam separators) to treat solids (e.g. by means of thermal recycling)
- supply of process technology equipment (in general for conveying, classifying and seperating of solid materials)
5.) Services
- Project co-ordination and -management in the area of power plants and chemical plant design, making of supply and service specification
- Making of P+I - flow sheets and construction drawings with CAD or conventional
- Advice, planning and engineering in the entire bulk goods range
- Preparation of approval documents, complete implementation of approval procedures
- Planning, implementation and evalutation of model or performance tests under the aspect of fluid, thermal and process technology
- Adjustment, tuning and optimization of plants or plant parts with or without performance tests
- Investigation into dynamic problems, in particular vibration analyses of machinery and plant
- Writing of technical software in the area of process and fluid technology and hydraulics
- Engineering and planning in the areas of fluidized-bed, pneumatic conveying and desulphurization technology
- Recurrent Maintenance of plants
6.) Personal
- There are 4 qualified Engineers available with longtime experience in the fields of conveying- and machinery / equipment technology, both for contract handling and project co-ordination, as well for design incl CAD.
